We are a full service HVAC residential and commercial maintenance company that has been selling the Union City TN area for many years, and we are actively recruiting for qualified candidates for position of HVAC Technician to provide maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Work start and end time: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
- Certificate of completion from an HVAC technical school
- 3+ years of experience
- NATE certified or aquire NATE certification within one year of employment
- Universal EPA certification
- Possess tools needed
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagram and blueprints
- Be familiar with a wide range of equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Ability to aquire low voltage license within 2 years of employment
- Advanced customer service skills
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Experience: 3 years min servicing and diagnosing units.
- Must be able to troubleshoot units including controls.
- Electrical & Control Wiring.
- Must be able to troubleshoot & service units.
- CFC Certification. NATE Certification a plus.

We are a full service HVAC residential and commercial maintenance company that has been selling the Union City TN area for many years, and we are actively recruiting for qualified candidates for position of HVAC Installer to provide heating and air conditioning systems installation according to company standards providing the customer with a high quality experience.
Work start and end time: 8am - 5pm Monday through Friday. (Weekends, Overtime & Evenings as needed)
Employment Type: Full Time
- Able to perform all HVAC replacement projects to codes and in a quality manner (Gas and Heat pump Heating & Cooling Systems) including furnaces, air handlers, coils, condensers, package units & IAQ accessories.
- Able to braze silver solder.
- Able to perform necessary electrical work associated with installation (high and low voltage).
- Able to fabricate basic sheet metal transitions.
- Able to fabricate custom shrouds.
- Run gas pipe with the ability to install & fit (both black & gas tite)
- Ensure every HVAC system has the proper refrigerant charge (using superheat and sub-cool methods) per OEM charging data/instructions and within ± 5 F of the OEM recommended optimal refrigerant charge (must be documented). For sub cooling method, system refrigerate charging per OEM charging data/instructions and within ± 3F of the OEM recommended optimal refrigerant charge (must be documented) Ensure a check list is performed on every job.
- Make material list of all parts used off truck for job costing and truck restocking.
- Explain clearly to customer what you are there to do in advance of any work being performed.
- Recheck every aspect of an installation before leaving the job, to prevent unnecessary callbacks and return trips.
- Always explain the system to the client when finished with an installation and make sure that they are 100% satisfied with the work and clearly understand what you have done.
- Able to complete paperwork legibly and in an understandable manner.
- Able to perform calculations necessary for HVAC work as well as calculations necessary for invoicing including charging, airflow, and associated measurements.
- Must be comfortable asking for payment and collecting money
- Must comply with all safety standards.
- Must be EPA Certified
- Must follow all EPA rules and regulations related to refrigeration
- Able to read a map or own a GPS
- Must present a professional image by arriving on time, wearing company uniform and being neat and well groomed
- Must have a clean background and driving record and a valid driver license
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must have the ability to clearly communicate with all clients
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Positive, can-do attitude.
- Able to participate and work in a team
- Good attention to detail and follow through
- Highly organized
- Physically able to lift up to 150 lbs
- Able to read construction documents, installation manuals, charts and schematics
- Able to climb and work off ladders
- Able to work in tight places
